Directions to Oakland Division.

Southbound From I-95.
• Take Exit 33 Oakland-Waterville exit.
• Go right at the end of the off ramp onto K.M.D towards Oakland.
• Go approximately 2 miles to the town of Oakland and stay in the right lane until you get to the light.
• When you come to the light, go straight through past Charlie's Log Cabin.
• You will pass Rite Aid on your left.
• Take the first Right after Rite Aid onto Ayer St.
• Industrial Metals will be at the end of the road with the golden gates.

Northbound From I-95.
• Take Exit 33 Oakland-Waterville exit.
• Go Left at the end of the off ramp onto K.M.D toward Oakland.
• Go approximately 2 miles to the town of Oakland and stay in the right lane until you get to the light.
• When you come to the light, go straight through past Charlie's Log Cabin.
• You will pass Rite Aid on your left.
• Take the first right after Rite Aid on to Ayer St.
• Industrial Metals will be at the end of the road with the golden gates.
